Church Growth Trust is seeking two dedicated individuals to join us in our mission
to secure independent evangelical church properties for their God-given purpose.
Building Surveyor (or equivalent)
- A skilled Building Surveyor specialising in condition surveys and detailed specifications for building projects on church properties.
- Opportunity for either a full or part-time position.
- Working with our Architect , Estates Manager and an experienced administrative support team, you will play a vital role in maintaining and improving the structural integrity of church buildings.

Estates Manager
- A Chartered Surveyor or other property professional.
- A self-motivated individual with experience in letting and managing commercial properties.
- As as full-time Estates Manager, you will play a crucial role in helping churches navigate the day-to-day challenges of property management while guiding them in optimising their buildings for greater ministry impact.
Closing date for application: Wednesday 29 November 2023
Anticipated start dates: Immediately for Building Surveyor, March 2024 for Estates Manager
