Kevin Russell

Kevin’s background is in accountancy and tax. After an early career in the commercial sector, he switched full time to the charity sector spending 27 years as Technical Director at the Christian charity Stewardship where he covered a variety of areas including running a significant loan book for church and charity lending, and working alongside HMRC and HM Treasury on charity tax policy and legislation. His working experience encompassed various aspects of charity governance including law and finance.
Kevin grew up in the Baptist Church. Together with his wife, he planted a church with New Frontiers and has since then worshipped at various periods in Brethren, independent and denominational settings. He is currently based in London and Canterbury and is a member of both an Anglican church and an FIEC church.
