Giles leads the work of Church Growth Trust, overseeing the charity's direction and supporting churches with matters relating to their buildings. He specialises in complex property and trusteeship issues, particularly helping churches understand and work through their trust deeds.
Giles has many years' experience in church leadership, having led a local independent evangelical church. He continues to be actively involved in church life and is passionate about preaching, training and discipling others.

Garryl oversees the operational running of Church Growth Trust, helping ensure that the organisation functions effectively and supports churches in a consistent and reliable way.
He is actively involved in his local church, where he leads the worship team, and is also a trustee of a Christian charity supporting families across Northamptonshire and the surrounding area.

Jonathan works closely with churches in CGT buildings, supporting them in the care and management of their properties.

He brings experience in property and legal matters and is actively involved in church life. He supports his wife, who is a Church of England minister, and has a good understanding of the practical realities of ministry.

Jonathan is the first point of contact for churches occupying Church Growth Trust buildings and will help with any queries, drawing on the wider team whenever additional support or specialist advice is needed.

Jonny supports churches planning building works, from smaller improvements through to more significant projects.

He brings architectural expertise alongside an understanding of how buildings are used in church life, and is involved in his local church.

Jonny is the first point of contact for churches considering building projects, particularly those not in CGT buildings.

Sharon leads Church Growth Trust's communications, including Foundations magazine, the website, news articles and email updates. She is part of a local Church of England church and is also a trustee of a Christian charity supporting families across Northamptonshire and the surrounding area.

Mandy has been part of Church Growth Trust since its early days and plays a key role in the day-to-day running of the office.

She is responsible for overseeing the administrative work of the team, helping ensure that processes run smoothly and that the team is well supported in its work with churches.

Elaine supports churches in CGT buildings by assisting with day-to-day enquiries and administrative matters.

She is part of a local church and is involved in her local Churches Together network, bringing valuable experience of supporting churches and working across different church contexts.

Carol supports the team with a range of administrative tasks, helping with the smooth running of the office and supporting colleagues in their work with churches.

She is part of a lively Pentecostal church and brings an understanding of church life alongside her administrative role.

Charlie supports the financial administration of Church Growth Trust, helping ensure that processes run smoothly and accurately. She also supports the Property Manager with a range of admin tasks.

Having previously been her Church’s administrator she is still involved in her local lively Pentecostal Church bringing valuable experience of supporting a church with her into her role.

Neil serves as Chairman of the Trust and brings many years of experience in church leadership and education.

He is an elder and trustee of an independent evangelical church in Walsall and is also a trustee of a local almshouse charity.

Kevin has extensive experience in charity finance, governance and tax, having spent many years working within the Christian charity sector.

He has been involved in church planting and leadership across a range of church contexts and brings deep expertise in charity law and finance.

Mark is a tax partner in an accountancy practice and brings financial expertise alongside experience in church leadership and governance.

He has served as an elder and trustee and continues to support churches and Christian organisations in a variety of roles.

Susanna is a Chartered Town Planner with over 20 years’ experience working on a wide range of development projects, including church buildings.

She is actively involved in church life and supports ministry in her local church, bringing both professional expertise and a strong understanding of church contexts.

Paul brings experience in church premises management and administration, alongside a long career in information technology.

He has held a number of church leadership roles and continues to support churches through his experience and practical insight.

Richard has extensive experience in finance and brings a strong commitment to supporting churches and charitable work.

He has been part of a Brethren-rooted church in Enfield for many years, serving in church leadership for over 30 years, and is a trustee of a number of Christian organisations.

Richard is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor with significant experience in construction and building consultancy, particularly within the education sector.

He has served in church leadership and trustee roles over many years and brings valuable expertise in buildings and project oversight.

Simon brings experience in charity leadership, governance and finance, having served as a trustee and treasurer in church and charity settings.

He has been actively involved in church life for many years and has a strong interest in supporting communities and those in need.
