Together, our staff and trustees bring experience in church leadership, property, charity governance and professional practice, enabling us to support churches with confidence and care.

Our leadership

Giles has many years' experience in church leadership, having led a local independent evangelical church. He continues to be actively involved in church life and is passionate about preaching, training and discipling others.
Our team

He is actively involved in his local church, where he leads the worship team, and is also a trustee of a Christian charity supporting families across Northamptonshire and the surrounding area.

He brings experience in property and legal matters and is actively involved in church life. He supports his wife, who is a Church of England minister, and has a good understanding of the practical realities of ministry.
Jonathan is the first point of contact for churches occupying Church Growth Trust buildings and will help with any queries, drawing on the wider team whenever additional support or specialist advice is needed.

He brings architectural expertise alongside an understanding of how buildings are used in church life, and is involved in his local church.
Jonny is the first point of contact for churches considering building projects, particularly those not in CGT buildings.

Operations and administration
Supporting the day-to-day running of Church Growth Trust and helping ensure churches receive consistent and well-organised support.

She is responsible for overseeing the administrative work of the team, helping ensure that processes run smoothly and that the team is well supported in its work with churches.

She is part of a local church and is involved in her local Churches Together network, bringing valuable experience of supporting churches and working across different church contexts.

She is part of a lively Pentecostal church and brings an understanding of church life alongside her administrative role.

Having previously been her Church’s administrator she is still involved in her local lively Pentecostal Church bringing valuable experience of supporting a church with her into her role.
Our trustees
Church Growth Trust is governed by a board of trustees who carry overall responsibility for the charity.
They provide oversight, guidance and accountability, helping ensure that our work is carried out responsibly and in line with our charitable objects. Our trustees are not involved in the day-to-day running of the Trust but bring a wide range of experience in church leadership, property, finance and governance.

He is an elder and trustee of an independent evangelical church in Walsall and is also a trustee of a local almshouse charity.

He has been involved in church planting and leadership across a range of church contexts and brings deep expertise in charity law and finance.

He has served as an elder and trustee and continues to support churches and Christian organisations in a variety of roles.

She is actively involved in church life and supports ministry in her local church, bringing both professional expertise and a strong understanding of church contexts.

He has held a number of church leadership roles and continues to support churches through his experience and practical insight.

He has been part of a Brethren-rooted church in Enfield for many years, serving in church leadership for over 30 years, and is a trustee of a number of Christian organisations.

He has served in church leadership and trustee roles over many years and brings valuable expertise in buildings and project oversight.

He has been actively involved in church life for many years and has a strong interest in supporting communities and those in need.
